What types of properties do you offer for rent?

What is the minimum amount of time I can stay?

In compliance with state and local laws, all stays require a minimum booking of 29 days.

What is the rental application process?

Step 1: Reserve Your Stay. Use the online calendar to select your dates and submit your initial request.
Step 2: Documentation. You will receive a follow-up email requesting a copy of your ID, which we keep on file for one calendar year.
Step 3: Reserve the Dates. Pay the security deposit to finalize and hold your requested dates.
Important Note: Proof of rental insurance for the duration of your stay is required. Additionally, if your check-in date is within 14 days, full payment and the security deposit are required immediately to secure the reservation.

What is the security deposit for a rental property?

Purpose: The security deposit is used to secure your requested dates and to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay.
Refund Policy: Your deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out, following a completed inspection of the home.
